The best organic materials
We use 100% organic cotton twill for both the inner and outer cushion. Twill is arobust weave, ensuring a long lifespan. It is soft and soothing to the touch.

How to use ameditation mat
Our matsbe used by themselves for meditation practice, butyour comfort is enhanced when combined with a zafu to raise and tilt the hips, opening the front of your body for breath. Themat insulates you from the floor, and offers comfort beneath the legs and ankles.
Product care
The outer cover is machine washable at 30 C. You can tumble dry on a cool setting and iron on a warm setting.
